One address, read by a person: hello@ourtrip.page. Expect a reply within two working days, usually sooner. Write from the address your account uses if you can — it saves a round trip establishing who you are.
If something is wrong with a specific trip, include the address of the page (it looks like you.ourtrip.page/your-trip) and roughly when you noticed. That is almost always enough for us to find it.
Signing in
Sign in at auth.ourtrip.page. You enter your email address and we send a short code — there is no password to forget.
If the code does not arrive:
- Check the spam folder. It comes from
hello@ourtrip.page. - Make sure you used the same address you were invited on. A code is only ever sent to an address that already has access, and the page deliberately looks identical either way, so a typo is silent.
- Codes expire, and each one can be used once. Ask for a fresh one.
Still nothing — write to us. We can tell you which address holds the account without giving anything away to anyone else.
Getting in for the first time
OurTrip.Page is invitation-only while the waitlist is open. Ask for one at ourtrip.page and we will write back. If someone has shared a trip with you, the invitation arrives by email and works straight away — you do not need to be on the waitlist to read a trip somebody shared.
Connecting your assistant
OurTrip works through whichever AI assistant you already use — it writes and updates the pages, and you keep talking to it the way you always have. The address to connect is https://auth.ourtrip.page/mcp, and the front door at ourtrip.page carries the per-assistant steps.
Two things account for most of what goes wrong here. If the assistant says it cannot see any trips, it is almost always signed in as a different email address than the one holding them. And if it refuses to save a change, ask it to re-read the page first — it is holding a copy of the page from before somebody else edited it, and refusing is the correct behaviour rather than a fault.
Sharing, and unsharing Premium · free for now
A trip opens only for the addresses you name. Viewers read it; editors can change it, and their own assistant can help plan alongside yours. Both are added and removed from the trip itself — ask your assistant, or write to us and we will do it.
Removing someone takes their access away immediately. It does not remove what they wrote: their work stays on the page, which is usually what you want.
If somebody shared a trip with you and you would rather not be on it, you can leave it yourself — the list of everything shared with you has a Leave button beside each one. That also stops the emails below.
Knowing when a trip changed Premium · free for now
Changes are saved as a draft first. Nobody you shared the trip with sees them, and nobody is emailed, until you publish — so a trip can be replanned over a whole conversation without anyone opening it halfway through. When you publish, everyone on the trip gets one short message: the trip's name, and a line you wrote saying what changed.
That line is the only part of a page that ever travels by email, and it is written by a person rather than generated from the page — so keep it at the level of "the hotel moved to the 14th" and leave door codes and booking references where they belong, on the page.
Something on a page looks wrong
Every change to a trip is kept, so nothing is ever really lost. An earlier version can be restored — ask your assistant to put the page back to how it was, or tell us roughly when it was right and we will do it.
If a page will not open at all, send us its address. That is usually a sign-in problem rather than a missing page, and it is quick to confirm.
Your data, and leaving
You can have a copy of everything on your trips, and you can have the account deleted. Write to us from the account's address and say which. Deletion removes the pages and everyone's access to them, and it is not reversible — we will say so once more before doing it.
What we store, who touches it, and how long any of it lives is set out in the privacy policy. The terms cover the rest.
Security, and abuse
If you think somebody has access to a trip who should not, or you have found a weakness in OurTrip.Page itself, write to hello@ourtrip.page and say so in the subject line. Those go to the front of the queue. Please give us a chance to fix it before publishing it anywhere.
The same address reaches us for anything sent through OurTrip that should not have been — an unwanted invitation, or a page being used for something it should not be.
