Terms

Terms of Service

Effective July 31, 2026 · version 2026-07-31

These terms govern your use of OurTrip.Page — the website at ourtrip.page, the trip pages served from it, and the connector your AI assistant talks to. By joining the waitlist, holding an account, or opening a trip page, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Read them alongside the Privacy Policy, which describes what we store and who touches it.

1. Eligibility, waitlist and accounts

  • You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
  • Joining the waitlist is not an account and creates no obligation on us. We invite people a few at a time, in whatever order we judge sensible, and we may decline without giving a reason.
  • Your account is tied to an email address. You are responsible for everything done under it, and for keeping the mailbox behind it secure — see section 4, because on this service that mailbox is the credential.
  • Give us accurate information, and tell us promptly at hello@ourtrip.page if you think someone has access to your account or an allowlisted mailbox who should not.
  • One account per person unless we agree otherwise; do not share sign-in codes.

2. What the service is

OurTrip.Page gives you private trip pages. Concretely:

  • Each trip is a single HTML file in a private git repository we provision for you.
  • We copy that file, unmodified, to our storage and serve it at your-name.ourtrip.page to the email addresses you have allowed — and to nobody else. No page is ever public.
  • Your own AI assistant can read and write those pages through our connector. Every write is a git commit, so you get history and undo.
  • You can clone the repository and take everything with you at any time.

We do not sell you AI. The model that writes your pages is the one you already pay for, under your agreement with whoever provides it.

3. This is a private beta

  • The service is provided as it is today. Features may change or be withdrawn, and we may stop offering the service. If we shut down we will give you reasonable notice and time to clone your repository.
  • We make no uptime commitment and we do not promise the page will load on the morning of your flight. Keep whatever you cannot travel without somewhere else as well.
  • Keep your own copy. Backups are your responsibility. Cloning your git repository takes one command and is the backup we recommend.
  • Free while it is free. If we introduce paid plans we will say so clearly before charging anyone; nothing here authorizes a charge today.

4. The allowlist is the whole security model

Access to a trip is a list of email addresses. An address on the list can request a single-use sign-in code by email and, with it, read the page. That has consequences you are agreeing to:

  • You choose who is on the list, and adding an address grants that address everything on the page.
  • Whoever reads the mailbox holds the key. A shared, forwarded or compromised inbox is a shared, forwarded or compromised trip. We cannot tell the difference between the owner of a mailbox and someone else reading it.
  • Revocation is forward-looking. Removing an address stops the next request. It cannot recall what has already been read, copied, screenshotted or forwarded.
  • A mistyped address is still an address. If it reaches a real mailbox, that person can get in until you remove them.

5. Your content, and sensitive personal information

You keep ownership of everything you put into OurTrip.Page. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you: to store, copy, version, index the text of, and serve your content to the people you have allowed. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Your acknowledgement — please do not skip this

A trip page is designed to carry the booking reference, the door code and the address. You accept that:

  • You decide what goes on the page, and you do it at your own risk. We store exactly what you write. We do not inspect it, redact it, classify it, moderate it or filter it, and no part of the service is designed to notice that you have entered something sensitive.
  • Your content is not end-to-end encrypted. We hold it in a form we and our providers could technically read. If that is unacceptable for a particular piece of information, do not put that information on a page.
  • You have the right to include other people's details. If a page names your companions, your children, their dates of birth, their seat numbers or their addresses, you confirm you are entitled to record and share that with everyone on the allowlist, and that you have their consent where the law requires it. As between you and us, you are the controller of that information.
  • You accept the risk of disclosure arising from your own choices — who you allowed, what you wrote, which agent you connected, which device you left unlocked.
  • Git history is permanent until the repository is deleted. Removing something from a page does not remove it from history. Ask us to delete the repository if that matters.

What must not go on a page

You agree not to store, and not to let your agent store:

  • Full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or bank credentials.
  • Passwords, API keys, or account recovery codes.
  • Passport, visa or national identity documents, or scans and photographs of them.
  • Health, biometric, or other special-category data about anyone beyond the minimum a trip genuinely requires.
  • Anyone else's personal information that you have no lawful basis or permission to record.

If we become aware that an account holds material in these categories, we may ask you to remove it and, if you do not, remove it or suspend the account ourselves.

6. Connecting your AI assistant

When you connect Claude, ChatGPT or any other client to your trips, you are instructing us to give that client access to your pages. You agree that:

  • The whole page goes to that provider, sensitive parts included, every time your agent reads or writes it.
  • That provider's terms and privacy policy govern what happens to it there. We have no visibility into and no responsibility for their retention, logging or training practices.
  • Your agent's actions are your actions. A page it deletes, rewrites or mangles was deleted, rewritten or mangled by you. Git history is your undo.
  • AI output is not reliable. Check the flight time against the airline, not against the page. Do not treat generated content as verified fact.
  • You can disconnect a client at any time, which stops future access, not past access.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use OurTrip.Page to:

  • Break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or store material you have no right to hold.
  • Host phishing pages, malware, or anything designed to deceive — your subdomain carries our name, and abuse of it is the fastest way to lose the account.
  • Publish or distribute content to the public. Nothing here is a public website, a CDN, or a file-sharing service, and it must not be used as one.
  • Store other people's personal data at scale, or run anything resembling a database of individuals. This is for your trips.
  • Attack, probe or overload the service; circumvent rate limits, quotas or the allowlist; or attempt to reach another account's data.
  • Resell the service, or use it to provide a competing service.

Your pages may contain your own JavaScript — that is intentional, and it is why sessions are scoped to a single host. You are responsible for what your page's code does, and we may take a page down if it harms readers or the service.

8. Our rights in the service

We own the software, the Worker, the templates, the prompt library, the design and the name. Nothing here transfers any of that to you. Starter templates and prompts we ship are yours to use, modify and keep for your own trips.

9. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop at any time. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove it, your repository and your served pages; we aim to finish within 30 days.
  • We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, creates legal, security or abuse risk, or threatens the service for others. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
  • After termination you have 30 days to clone your repository before we delete it, unless the account was terminated for abuse that makes that unsafe.
  • Sections 5, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We specifically do not warrant that:

  • The service will be available when you need it, including while you are travelling.
  • Anything on a trip page is accurate. Times, dates, references and addresses are whatever you or your AI put there. Verify anything that matters with the airline, the hotel or the operator.
  • Content will never be lost. Keep your own copy.
  • Third-party services we depend on, or that you connect, will keep working.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law permits, OurTrip.Page and the people behind it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost bookings, missed travel, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) what you paid us in the twelve months before the event, or (b) US$100. While the service is free, that means US$100.

In particular, and without limiting the above, we are not liable for:

  • Disclosure of information you chose to put on a page, to people you chose to allow.
  • Access obtained through an allowlisted mailbox that was shared or compromised.
  • What an AI assistant you connected does with, or to, your content.
  • Decisions made on the basis of what a page said — a missed ferry, a wrong address, an expired booking.
  • Outages, data loss or policy changes at the third-party services we rely on.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or consumer rights that apply to you regardless of what a contract says.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OurTrip.Page and the people behind it against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from:

  • Content you put on a page, including other people's personal information.
  • Who you gave access to, and what they did with it.
  • Actions taken by an AI client you connected to your account.
  • Your breach of these terms, of the law, or of a third party's rights.

13. Disputes and governing law

Talk to us first. Email hello@ourtrip.page and give us 30 days to resolve it informally — nearly everything ends here.

If that fails, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. Class and representative actions are not permitted. If arbitration is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim goes to the courts of the State of Delaware, United States. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the right to bring proceedings where you live, or of the protections of your local law.

14. The rest

  • Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows the current version, and we will email account holders about material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
  • Service emails. Sign-in codes, invitations and account notices are part of the service and are not marketing, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from. We will not send you a newsletter you did not ask for.
  • Severability. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing something once does not give it up.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your account without our consent. We may transfer these terms to a successor of the service, on notice.
  • Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us.

15. Contact

Anything at all, including legal notices: hello@ourtrip.page.
